ANDY FERGUSON - Senior Director of Baseball Operations Andy is a graduate of North Carolina State University. He joined the baseball team as a walk-on, and went on to solidify his role on a team that participated in four consecutive NCAA Regionals. He followed his playing career with a season coaching for the Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League, and then joined the Baseball Factory for the first time shortly after - eventually assuming the role of Director of Scouting. At the same time, he also served as an Associate Scout - first for the Pittsburgh Pirates and later for the San Diego Padres. After a stint outside the organization, he rejoined Baseball Factory as a Scouting Consultant in August 2007.
