MATT KIRBY - VP of Creative and Technology Matt has been with the Baseball Factory since 2000. Matt started out as a video intern while finishing his bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media & Film at Towson University in Baltimore, MD. As VP of Creative + Technology, Matt directs all of Baseball Factory & affiliate's Video Production, Web Design/Development, & Graphic Design.
