MATT KIRBY - Creative Director Matt has been with the Baseball Factory since 2000. Matt started out as a video intern while finishing his bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media & Film at Towson University in Baltimore, MD. As Creative Director, Matt directs all of Baseball Factory & affiliate's Video Production, Web Design/Development, & Graphic Design. Matt happily resides in Baltimore City with his wife & two kids.
