SAMANTHA LATZES - Marketing and Operations Associate Samantha grew up competing in both dance and cheerleading. Throughout high school her competitive cheerleading team was nationally ranked and placed in the top ten at the UCA National Competition all four years. Samantha went on to attend The Pennsylvania State University where she was actively involved in her sorority and THON- the world’s largest student run philanthropy benefiting pediatric cancer. Her junior year she traveled abroad and studied for a semester in Barcelona, Spain. She graduated Penn State in May 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor degree in English. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Maryland and joined Baseball Factory where she currently works as an Marketing and Operations Associate.
