STEVE NAGLER - Senior Player Development Coordinator Steve joined the Baseball Factory in 2001 as a Player Development Coordinator and was promoted to Senior Player Development Coordinator in 2006.  He received his degree in Sports Management/Business Administration from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, PA in 1989.  Since joining the Baseball Factory, Steve has worked with hundreds of high school baseball players, providing guidance in college recruiting and identifying ways for them to improve on their baseball abilities.  Steve works with players from the Midwest, Northeast, Texas and Nevada.
