WILL BOWERS - Regional Player Development Coordinators

Will graduated from Archbishop Spalding High School in Severn, MD in 2003. He was a varsity letter winner in basketball for his final three years and was selected to the Baltimore Catholic League First Team for his final two years. He was also a 2nd Team All-Metro selection in his final two seasons. Will participated in the ABCD Adidas All-American Camp, The NBA Players Association Camp, Charm City Classic and Capital Classic events. Will then went on to earn four varsity letters for basketball at the University of Maryland, College Park. He was part of an ACC championship team as well as two NCAA tournament teams while at Maryland. Will graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice. Before starting at the Baseball Factory Will played professionally overseas for a year.
