The 2011 Minor League All-Star Team often foreshadows the brightest young talent and upcoming MLB stars. As usual, this year's team is full of the most promising youngsters vying to earn a call-up to their prospective team. Every season we marvel at the athletes that grace the field in the major leagues. Each player who has made it to the pinnacle of their chosen sport has a story and a path to success. In the world of athletics, aspiring athletes dissect and emulate proven paths to success set forth by those who have already made it to the top. Every major leaguer has made life decisions to help him get to that big league locker room.
