Baseball Factory

Dear Dan,

The day I called to let you know David had signed his letter-of-intent to enroll at Florida Tech was, to some degree, bittersweet. On the positive side, it meant all of our collective efforts to identify the right school for David were successful; Florida Tech looks like a great fit and you, and your colleagues, played a big part in that.

The negative side of that call was that the task was finished and our friends at the Baseball Factory would now be a less regular part of our lives. Over the past two years you, Dan, Steve, Steve, J.R., and Rick have become a big part of our lives, as well as trusted advisors and advocates in the college recruitment process. Your guidance was always sound and encouraging.

Beyond that, there were the Baseball Factory camps and programs that David was invited to be a part of. We especially remember the two Christmas camps at Dodgertown, the mid-winter All-American event in Tucson, and the opportunity for David to play with Team One in Phoenix. Each event was well-run and David always assured us the coaching was first-rate.

Beyond the folks I mentioned above, everyone we dealt with at the Baseball Factory seemed to make a special effort to assure that we received the help that we needed—from meeting David at the airport to double-checking payment records.

We are most thankful for the privilege we had of working with you.

Yours Sincerely,

Richard E. Mueller
Baseball Factory Parent
