| Hi Jason, David and I wanted to thank you all at the Baseball Factory for the incredible experience in Chicago. As parents, of course, we are so proud of Jayce and understand what an honor this opportunity was for him. Jayce was speechless as he showed us the unbelievable gear he was presented with at the event! Not only was the game helpful in his baseball career, the memories will last a lifetime for him. Also, you were so helpful in preparing for the trip. All of the information, directions, contacts, etc. that you provided made the trip such a pleasure for all of us. Thank you for all of your efforts in this respect as well as all of the other unrecognized work you put into the event.
