More of Jesse ...Jesse is a rising senior at Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, Florida. This season, Jesse posted a batting average of .345, with three home runs and 23 RBI. The best performance he had this season was his game against American Heritage in which he went 2-3, hitting the game winning home run. He believes his biggest strength is his raw power, but hopes to improve his hitting, decreasing his number of strikeouts. The highlight of his baseball career was winning the Cooperstown New York Tournament at the age of 12. Jesse hopes to play professional baseball especially for Boston or New York. He looks forward to the exposure to professional scouts as well as college scouts at the Baseball Express Cape Cod Classic, presented by Under Armour. Stetson, Tennessee, St. Johns’s, Bucknell, and UConn are currently recruiting Jesse.
