Jarret is a rising senior and left-handed pitcher at Centennial High School in Bakersfield, California. This past season, Jarret posted recorded 81 strikeouts in 59 innings pitched, and a .330 batting average with 43 runs scored and six home runs. Jarret’s biggest highlight of the season was when he pitched five innings giving up no hits and no runs and hit a grand slam in the D-1 California Central Section Championship game. Jarret considers his biggest strengths his curveball as well as his stamina, but hopes to improve his accuracy for the upcoming season. He looks forward to the exposure the Baseball Express Cape Cod Classic, presented by Under Armour will provide as well as the ability to be ranked nationally among the top high school players. UC Irvine, USC, and Cal State Fullerton are currently heavily recruiting Jarret. |
