A right-handed pitcher and catcher, Matt Ramsey is a rising senior at Farragut High School in Knoxville, Tennessee. With a .300 batting average and 6-1 pitching record, Matt has excelled at the plate and on the mound. His baseball accolades include being named All-District as well as receiving the Gold Glove award. Matt considers his greatest strength to be his location and accuracy with pitches, but wants to improve his arm strength next season. He hopes to go as far as he can in baseball and dreams of playing professionally. Matt looks forward to the experience he will gain at the Baseball Express Cape Cod Classic, presented by Under Armour. Currently, Vanderbilt, LSU, and UNC are recruiting him. |
