Baseball Factory has one-on-one and small group programs that feature top-flight instruction to help you take your game to the highest level possible. Since 1994, Baseball Factory has provided thousands of players with a level of guidance and instruction that is unmatched in the industry. With over 10,000 lessons taught over the last five years by our professional coaches, you will learn the basic to advanced techniques in hitting, infield, outfield, catching, and pitching from the leader in player development and college placement in the country.

Matt Schilling:
Coach Schilling played division one baseball in the Big South with Coastal Carolina University. He was nominated for the Smith Award for National Player of the Year for the NCAA. After playing at Coastal Carolina, he coached with the team for five years. After his five years as an assistant coach, he worked as an associate scout for the Atlanta Braves. Matt has been with the Baseball Factory for six years and is the Director of On-Field Instruction.
Joe Lake Joe Lake:
Joe's first experience with Baseball Factory was in 1995 at age nine when he attended a youth camp held by CEO and Founder, Steve Sclafani. Even at age nine, it was clear that Joe was a standout performer. Joe went on to participate in various Baseball Factory events including the Baseball Factory All-American Tournament and the Exclusive College Recruiting Program. Joe went on to have an outstanding high school career at Long Reach High School in Columbia, Maryland, where he twice received the team MVP award. Through assistance from the Exclusive Program staff, Joe received a scholarship to play his college baseball at James Madison University, where he became a two-time team captain. In addition he was named an All-Conference and All-State (VA) player after his senior season. Upon graduating from JMU, Joe rejoined the Baseball Factory team where he will provide instruction through lessons and the Baseball Factory Player Development camps.
Jason Scott Jason Scott:
Jason is a native of Columbia, MD where he attended Long Reach High School. While at Long Reach Jason played summer baseball with the highly competitive Columbia Reds. After graduating in 2002, Jason attended West Virginia University Institute of Technology. As a two year captain and starter Jason helped the Golden Bears become a formidable opponent in the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Following his graduation from WVU Tech with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Jason began his coaching career in 2008 at Transylvania University in Lexington, KY. He worked primarily with catchers and hitters at Transylvania. Jason is now the Associate Lessons Coordinator at Baseball Factory.
Chris Yetter:
Chris Yetter played four years of college baseball at Division-I UMBC, where he was a pitcher and All-Conference outfielder. He then spent four years as a pitching and hitting coach at CCBC Catonsville. Yetter is currently a middle school science teacher and coaches the 18 U Columbia Reds travel team.
  Chris Masters:
Chris played his high school ball at Howard High School and went to play in college at North Carolina Wesleyan. He is currently the recruiting coordinator at Stevenson University and coaches during the summer with the Columbia Reds.
  Jereme Scott:
Jereme played his high school baseball at Long Reach and went on to play his college ball at Saint Joseph’s University. He specializes in hitting and outfield.
