Baseball Factory
Trust is a valuable commodity, especially in the baseball world of unknowns. Unfortunately at our level, trust and honesty in the recruiting process is hard to come by. As a college coach, Baseball Factory earned my trust. They were a tremendous asset to me as I sought honest information on high school baseball players. With so many variables in our game, recruiting student-athletes always involves some gambling. Anything I can do to limit those gambles is going to make my program more competitive and give my players a better chance at a great college baseball experience. Trustworthy information on prep athletes is hard to come by, and time constraints and budgets make it even tougher for me to see everyone I want to see on the recruiting trail.

If Baseball Factory does one thing exceptionally well, it’s to tell the truth about their players. When I read a report on a Baseball Factory player, I know what kind of athlete I am recruiting. It is rare to find scouting sources that don’t sugarcoat or undercut players’ abilities. I trust Baseball Factory as a second set of eyes for me. Their video presentations are clean and concise. I get the looks and repetitions on guys that I need and I don’t have to wade through worthless information and footage.

Most importantly, I know whose writing the scouting reports and developing these athletes—college coaches and pro guys who know what it takes to play at college baseball. They understand the variables that go with different levels and regions and types of institutions. As much as Baseball Factory is helping high school players, it always felt like they were doing it to make my program better. I’m so grateful to have had these solid baseball people on my side as I worked to build my program.
