What is the Youth Skills Development Program?
The Youth Skills Development Program is a one-day workout for baseball players League Age 9-11. The workout will include training on hitting, fielding, pitching, catching and base running.

INSTRUCTION & EDUCATION
Baseball Factory coaches will include former college coaches, former
professional players and former professional scouts. Our staff will work
with each player one-on-one and in small group settings to develop their
skills.
PROFESSIONAL CLINIC
Players will take part in an on-field workout. The workout will include
training on speed, pitching, hitting, fielding and base running.
This workout will be at Volunteer Stadium, which is the same field used
for the Little League Baseball® World Series!
EVALUATION FROM A PRO SCOUT
Players will receive a written evaluation from Baseball Factory. This
scouting report will identify your child's strengths and weaknesses, suggest
areas for improvement and let you know where your child rates compared to
the average player their age. The top performers at the event will be
highlighted on baseballfactory.com and on our Facebook page.
PRESCRIPTION FOR SUCCESS
Before leaving the event, players will receive a handout with drills and tips
for continued on-field success. Each participant will also receive a player
development plan. This plan will be personalized for the player based on
their evaluation. The plan will identify steps the player should take so they
can continue to Build Their Way to Greatness!
EXPERIENCE
Baseball Factory has worked with over 30,000 players that have gone on to
