| To Baseball Factory: I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank all of the Baseball Factory staff for your hard work, your professionalism and for helping my son, Tino, achieve his dream: he just verbally committed to a Division 1 school and will be receiving a partial athletic scholarship as well. He is ecstatic and we are enormorously proud of both his athletic and his academic accomplishments. Obviously, Tino had to work incredibly hard and had to sacrifice a lot through high school to reach his goal. At the same time, we are fortunate to have been affiliated with the Baseball Factory for the last four years. Baseball Factory never sugar coated anything; you helped him focus on his tools and you showed him the importance of being realistic and pragmatic in setting his sights; you always stressed the overriding importance of academics. We're grateful for all of it. At the Under Armour Pre-Season All America Tournament he got to see how much incredible talent was out there and you motivated him -- and the other participating athletes -- to strive to be the best. The Baseball Factory's Exclusive Program was also a great help. The Baseball Factory staff helped guide us through the college recruiting process and, frankly, I'm not sure how we could have gotten through it without the Baseball Factory's help.
