| As a parent you want to make sure that sound decisions are made regarding player development and how you spend your money. This is especially important in today’s economy. We were recommended to the Baseball Factory through my cousin who’s son participated in your program and now plays for the University of Albany. We started the initial process late, as I guess you can say my son was a late bloomer. Initially he worked out in front of your staff in December 2008 with his first filming and later enrolled in the Exclusive Program and participated in various factory events. I wanted take this time to write the BBF and express my sincere thanks to the staff regarding the support and guidance we have received through the Exclusive Program. The amount of work that is put into recruiting is tough enough but the guidance we have received has been excellent with sound advice which I believe to be unprecedented. The staff has been great and we appreciate the honest assessment that has been provided during the past year. Just a quick note of thanks to Woody and Dan for your guidance, and making sense of this entire process. I think of Kelly all the time, and the influence he had on both of you.
