108 Baseball Factory Alumni on Rosters of 2019 Division I College World Series Teams

The 73rd Men’s NCAA Division I College World Series begins on June 15th, and will take place at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska. You can check out the pairing and game times for the event here.

With the final eight teams having punched their ticket to the CWS, 108 Baseball Factory alums (out of a total of 294 athletes) are vying for a national championship, totaling 37%, meaning, more than 1 in every 3 athletes in the Division I College World Series are Factory alumni. 2,256 players made up the combined number for all 64 rosters. A total of 722 Baseball Factory alumni were involved in this year’s tournament and ALL 64 teams had at least one Factory alum on its roster. That shakes out to 32%.

For a further breakdown of the 722: Of that number, 90 are former Pre-Season All-Americans, seven are former BF Rookie Pre-Season All-Americans and 33 are former Under Armour All-Americans.

Looking at total team rosters: Miami (FL) led the way with 25 (out of 32) Factory alums on their roster, followed by UCLA (21), Florida State (20), Florida (20) and UC Santa Barbara (20).
