Baseball Factory Selects the Nation’s Top High School Baseball Players to Showcase Their Talents
on August 24 at Wrigley Field in Chicago

Baltimore, Md. – Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE:UA) the Baltimore, MD-based leader in sports performance apparel, footwear and accessories, today announced the final roster for the 2013 Under Armour All-America Baseball Game, powered by Baseball Factory. The sixth annual high school showcase will be played at Wrigley Field on Saturday, August 24 and will air live nationally on MLB Network at 1:30 p.m. CST.

Players will experience four days of festivities that begin on Wednesday, August 21 and culminate with the game on Saturday, August 24.  The 2013 game will air live nationally on MLB Network, with the first pitch taking place at 1:30 p.m. CST.  It will also appear via live webcast on MLB.com. Since the games inception in 2008, 151 of the 171 draft eligible players from the Under Armour All-America Game were selected in the MLB Amateur Draft including 42 first round picks.

“Under Armour is committed to helping the next generation of outstanding baseball athletes excel,” said Matt Mirchin, Sr. Vice President, Brand and Sports Marketing, Under Armour. “The Under Armour All-America Baseball Game will prove to be the pinnacle event for grassroots baseball for the sixth consecutive year, and Chicago’s historic Wrigley field is the perfect venue for the future of the sport to learn and excel under a national spotlight.”

Baseball Factory scouts thousands of high school players worldwide before selecting the athletes that make the Under Armour All-America Game.   Players are evaluated at events throughout the country, including the Under Armour Baseball Factory National Tryouts, National Tournaments, National Showcases and National Teams.  In addition, players are reviewed at outside events that include high school games, tournaments and summer leagues.  From more than 400,000 high school baseball players, only 36 earned distinction as Under Armour All-Americans in 2013.  The final players are selected by a committee of Baseball Factory scouts, led by Steve Bernhardt, Executive VP at Baseball Factory and Chairman of the Under Armour All-America Game Selection Committee.

"After reviewing thousands of players from across the world, we are excited to announce the final roster of 36 players that have been selected to compete in the Under Armour All-America Game,” said Steve Bernhardt. “As we enter the sixth year of the event, it is very possible that this group of players is the best we've seen in the history of the game.  We expect this talented collection of prospects to put on an impressive show at Wrigley Field for scouts and fans."

The coaches who will lead baseball’s next superstars during the 2013 Under Armour All-America Game are Bill Ripken, Larry Bowa, Steve Bernhardt, Wes Helms, Jim Morris, Yancy Ayres, Todd Fine, Jim Gemler, Rolando Pino, Sammy Serrano, Andy Ferguson and Carm Mazza. Each coach has extensive experience in recruiting or coaching some of the best talent in the game of baseball.  In addition, many have held positions in or are currently associated with the scouting departments of a number of Major League Baseball clubs.

The pool of available players for this year’s game is very talented and the selection process is extremely competitive.  The following is the roster of the 36 players who have committed to compete in the 2013 Under Armour All-America Game:
