Victor is one of the two members of the 2020 graduating class to be selected to participate in this year’s Under Armour All-America Game. Despite being an underclassman, his 4-pitch arsenal is certainly on par with the 2019 arms.

Victor’s repertoire includes a fastball with downhill plane that sits comfortably in the low 90s, touching 95 mph. He has two breaking balls – a curve with downer action and a slider that has a more lateral break. He also throws a change that has some sink. Victor’s delivery is balanced and in-line allowing him to command his stuff well, and furthering his status as a top prospect.
