• Who is Baseball Factory’s staff?

  Our player development and college recruiting staff is made up of current and former Major League players, former college coaches, and professional scouts. On field, our staff is trained to cultivate confidence within each player by connecting with him through personalized instruction. Only The Factory employs leading experts on the field and in the classroom to help you be the best by learning from the best!

  The first step is participating in an Under Armour Baseball Factory National Tryout or Premium Video Program. Our professional staff will point you in the right direction based on your goals and ability level.
