Follow along with us this season as we keep up with current and former Baseball Factory players who are making an impact on their team’s success. This week, we focus on players making an impact at the collegiate and high school levels.
College
Connor McKay – (Under Armour Pre-Season All-American 2009, 2010 Under Armour All-American) McKay, a senior at the University of Kansas, is enjoying a great season for the Jayhawks, capping last week with a walk-off HR that he drilled off a light pole in left field against the University of Texas on April 18. McKay leads the Jayhawks in nearly every offensive category this season, hitting .349 with 13 doubles, three triples, four home runs and 17 RBI. He leads the team in runs scored with 32.

Charlie Cody – (Team One Futures Series East, 2012) Cody plays both the infield and outfield for the University of Virginia and put in a spectacular play on April 19 in an 8-6 loss to the University of Miami where he robbed David Thompson of a home run.
The night before, the freshman chipped in with a career-high three hits and an outfield assist at the plate late in the game in a 5-2 win over No. 9 ranked Miami.
Cody is hitting .292 this season with a double, a HR and six RBI. In the field, he’s only made one error this season in 13 chances.
Josh Gall – (National Tryout, Premium Video Program) Gall is a freshman at Hood College (Division III) in nearby Frederick, MD and the local standout from Odenton, MD (Arundel High) is having a fantastic start to his college career, hitting .392 with four home runs and 32 RBI.
He hit his team-leading fourth blast of the season against Widener, the ball landing in the third tier of billboards in right field on April 17 in a 5-2 loss, going 2-for-4 in the game. Josh leads the Blazers in all offensive categories, including total bases and slugging percentage.
High School
Cal Raleigh – (2014 Under Armour All-American) Cal was named the Citizen Times/Western North Carolina Baseball Player of the Week after he went 7-for-9 with a double, three home runs and eight RBI. The senior from Smoky Mountain High School in Cullowhee, NC, has committed to Clemson University and is hitting .417 on the season with five home runs.
Mitchell Hansen – (2014 Under Armour All-American) Hansen, a senior at Plano High School in Plano, TX is headed to Stanford University and put together a nice week with the bat and on the mound as well. Mitchell, an Under Armour All-American in 2014, batted .521 with four doubles, two triples, two home runs and 12 RBI. He also won two games with his arm as well.
Kyle Molnar – (2014 Under Armour All-American) Aliso Niguel senior, Kyle Molnar has excelled on the mound for his high school team last week, going 5-1 with a 1.03 ERA and 32 strikeouts in 34 innings pitched.
Molnar has committed to UCLA and looking to be a nice piece for the Bruins starting in 2016.
Mike Nikorak – (2014 Under Armour All-American) Nikorak, a senior at Stroudsburg High School in Pennsylvania, is committed to the University of Alabama and has thrown the baseball really well this season. The pitching prospect threw two solid innings in his first outing of the season, and went 5-for-5 as a hitter with two homers and seven RBI. He’s hit 98 mph on his fastball this spring and had seven strikeouts over four innings pitched in his most recent outing.
