Baseball Youth, The Nation’s Baseball Magazine for Kids, announced today a strategic partnership with Baseball Factory that will both expand Baseball Youth’s reach to youth baseball players and their families as well as broaden its written and video content. The partnership includes distribution of Baseball Youth at various Baseball Factory events. Baseball Youth has also been named the Official Youth Baseball Magazine of Baseball Factory.

“This partnership we’ve created with Baseball Factory is extremely exciting not only for our publication but our readers and parents as well,” Media Director Nathan Clinkenbeard said. “Our primary goal is to continue growing the game of baseball within our younger generations, and we want to work closely with other companies like Baseball Factory who have that same goal in mind.”

Baseball Factory, the nation’s leader in player development, holds 600 events nationwide working with 25,000 players age 8-18 each year.  Players at select youth events will receive a free one (1) year subscription to Baseball Youth Magazine as part of their participation.  Baseball Factory will promote Baseball Youth Magazine to all families at these events and through various other touch points including social media, e-mail campaigns and online advertisements.

“We are thrilled to develop this partnership with Baseball Youth,” said Jason Budden, Senior VP of Marketing and Brand at Baseball Factory.  “Our families are always looking for more content on the game of baseball.  Baseball Youth is the premier publication for youth players, coaches and families nationwide and the perfect read for Baseball Factory members.”

A key element of the partnership will feature Baseball Factory instructional articles and videos for use in the Baseball Youth publication and web site.  These materials will cover various topics including hitting, pitching, fielding and base running.  Articles in the magazine will correspond to videos on the baseballyouth.com web site.

Baseball Youth and Baseball Factory will also develop a recommendation form on the baseballyouth.com web site where youth families and coaches can recommend players for participation in the Baseball Factory program.  Recommended players may also qualify to be named the Baseball Youth Player of the Year.
