SKLZ^® Named Official Training Partner of Baseball Factory

SKLZ to provide products and expert-led instructional content to nation’s elite high school ballplayers

CARLSBAD, CA – August 27, 2012 – SKLZ, the global leader in athletic skill and performance training products, announced today its partnership with the top player development program in the nation, Baseball Factory. As the Official Training Partner, SKLZ will put its line of innovative baseball and performance training tools and programs into the hands of Baseball Factory’s elite coaches and instructors to support their year-round clinics, evaluations and tournaments.

In addition to product and program integration, SKLZ will work with Baseball Factory to co-create expert-led instructional videos and content as they seek to extend the program beyond the in-person training experience. Athletes will also have access to SKLZ’s existing baseball library, which includes position- and skill-specific training series from brand ambassadors such as University of San Diego Head Baseball Coach Rich Hill and Long Beach State Head Baseball Coach Troy Buckley.

The announcement comes on the heels of SKLZ formalizing its partnership with Little League Baseball and Softball®, a long time partner with Baseball Factory. Their first event together was at the 2012 Little League World Series®. SKLZ contributed to its on-site presence with demo training products and co-marketing collateral.
