Baseball Factory Advanced Analytics &
Pro Training Experience (Ages 12-14)

Baseball Factory’s Advanced Analytics & Pro Training Experience gives players – age 12 to 14 – the opportunity to participate in a baseball-intensive series of training and workout activities. This training simulates the first three days of a pro baseball spring training setting, using the latest in baseball analytic technology! This event is invitation-only.

Player Benefits:

Players will be trained and critiqued using the Diamond Kinetics Swing Tracker, Pitch Tracker and other training devices, as well as warmup usage with Jaeger J-Bands: Receive the foundation as you will be trained and assessed the same way professional baseball players are trained. Build upon techniques relevant to baseball today!

Baseball Intensive Training Based on Analytics
Players will be trained extensively on all facets of the offensive game, position specific defense, pitching and all training will be measured and evaluated using the most up-to-date baseball technology

Personalized Game Plan to Maximize Your Skills
All players will leave with an individualized athletic development plan designed by a professional Athletic Speed and Strength Trainer. As well as a recovery and wellness plan from an F(x) Studios Physical Therapist.

Functional Mobility Testing
Players will be put through athletic testing and will be trained based on their mobility and ability to perform athletic movements, for example, lateral movements stealing bases are some of the techniques that will be developed

Pitching Mechanics
Pitchers will receive extensive instruction on mechanics, while being assisted in developing their own pitching arsenal

World-Renowned Coaching
Instruction will be provided throughout the weekend by Baseball Factory’s world-class coaching staff through drill work and extensive video feedback

Updated Baseball Factory Player Page
Email and share your Baseball Factory Player Page with your family and friends to promote yourself! Your page will be updated with a written evaluation and some video based on your performance at the event

Corrective Videos
Receive corrective videos targeted specifically for you to continue your development after the event

Functional Post-event Exposure For The Future
Your profile will be updated and you will receive skills necessary to get a jump start on your high school career, on and off the field

Coaches Tentatively Scheduled Include:

Mike Landis: Current Director of Operations and Player Development for the Baseball Factory. Coach Landis has over seven years of experience, helping to develop over 3,000 players during that time. He has also coached collegiately at Division III Hood College in Frederick, MD and at the high school level for over 10 years.

Talmadge Nunnari: Talmadge is the current National Hitting Coordinator for Baseball Factory. Talmadge previously served as the General Manager and Field Manager of the Pensacola Pelicans, a professional Independent League team. In his playing days, Talmadge, a former ninth round selection, reached the major leagues with the Montreal Expos in 2000. Nunnari played his college ball at Jacksonville University where he was an All-American.

Brian Tollberg: Tollberg is a former Major League pitcher and current Pitching Coordinator for Baseball Factory. Brian pitched for parts of four seasons with the San Diego Padres (2000-2003). He also played in the Milwaukee Brewers, Colorado Rockies and Houston Astros organizations. Before turning pro, Tollberg played collegiately at the University of North Florida.

Rich Pasquale: Rich is a Baseball Factory National Selection Scout and has coached at every level of college baseball. He currently serves as an Associate Scout with the Baltimore Orioles. Before that he was the hitting coach for the Washington Wild Things a professional independent team in the Frontier League. Previous college stints consisted of being the Head Coach at DI Youngstown State University and DIII LaRoche College. He has also been an assistant coach at DI Pitt and DII Slippery Rock University.

Important Weekend Info:

**Friday August 9th – check in at 2:30 pm

**Please keep in mind that these times are subject to change. We will notify families of any changes prior to the event, typically 2-3 days before your event begins**

  • Parents must attend with players (additional information upon registration)
  • Players will room with their parent/guardian. One hotel room will be provided to each family
  • All players will be provided with three meals a day, lodging and ground transportation. Airfare NOT included in the registration fees
  • Lodging, meals and ground transportation are included for players only. Parents and guests are responsible for providing their own reservation, meals and transportation
  • Players and their parents/guardians are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Baseball Factory Training Facility and/or any other facility used
  • Players will receive an Under Armour jersey and hat
  • Players need to bring all necessary baseball equipment for training. No metal cleats allowed. Turfs or Tennis Shoes ONLY
  • Players receive a detailed player info pack upon registration
  • Players will receive online access to Baseball Factory’s Recruiting, Education and Development (R.E.D.) Manual
  • Players will receive online access to continued training, post event
  • Parents will be responsible for their own Orioles game tickets (players may bring money for souvenirs at the Orioles game)
