Baseball Factory Advanced Analytics
Training (Ages 13-18)

Baseball Factory’s Advanced Analytics Training gives players – age 13 to 18 – the opportunity to participate in a baseball-intensive series of training and workout activities. This training simulates the first three days of a pro baseball spring training setting, using the latest in baseball analytic technology! This event is invitation-only.

Player Benefits:

Players will be trained and critiqued using Trackman, Diamond Kinetics Sensors & K-Motion Swing Analysis: Receive the foundation as you will be trained and assessed the same way professional baseball players are trained. Build upon techniques relevant to baseball today!

Baseball Intensive Training Based on Analytics
Players will be trained extensively on all facets of the offensive game, position specific defense, pitching and all training will be measured and evaluated using the most up-to-date baseball technology

Personalized Game Plan to Maximize Your Skills
All players will leave with an individualized athletic development plan designed by a professional Athletic Speed and Strength Trainer.

Functional Mobility Testing
Players will be put through athletic testing and will be trained based on their mobility and ability to perform athletic movements, for example, lateral movements stealing bases are some of the techniques that will be developed

Pitching Mechanics
Pitchers will receive extensive instruction on mechanics, while being assisted in developing their own pitching arsenal

World-Renowned Coaching
Instruction will be provided throughout the weekend by Baseball Factory’s world-class coaching staff through drill work and extensive video feedback

Past Coaches Have Included:

Mike Landis: Current Director of Operations and Player Development for the Baseball Factory. Coach Landis has over seven years of experience, helping to develop over 3,000 players during that time. He has also coached collegiately at Division III Hood College in Frederick, MD and at the high school level for over 10 years.

Talmadge Nunnari: Talmadge is the current National Hitting Coordinator for Baseball Factory. Talmadge previously served as the General Manager and Field Manager of the Pensacola Pelicans, a professional Independent League team. In his playing days, Talmadge, a former ninth round selection, reached the major leagues with the Montreal Expos in 2000. Nunnari played his college ball at Jacksonville University where he was an All-American.

Brian Tollberg: Tollberg is a former Major League pitcher and current Pitching Coordinator for Baseball Factory. Brian pitched for parts of four seasons with the San Diego Padres (2000-2003). He also played in the Milwaukee Brewers, Colorado Rockies and Houston Astros organizations. Before turning pro, Tollberg played collegiately at the University of North Florida.

Rich Pasquale: Rich is a Baseball Factory National Selection Scout and has coached at every level of college baseball. He currently serves as an Associate Scout with the Baltimore Orioles. Before that he was the hitting coach for the Washington Wild Things a professional independent team in the Frontier League. Previous college stints consisted of being the Head Coach at DI Youngstown State University and DIII LaRoche College. He has also been an assistant coach at DI Pitt and DII Slippery Rock University.

**Please keep in mind that these times are subject to change. We will notify families of any changes prior to the event, typically 2-3 days before your event begins**

  • Parents are responsible for lodging, meals and location transportation to and from the facility
  • Players are not allowed to travel alone to this event
  • Airfare is NOT included in the registration fees
  • Players need to bring all necessary baseball equipment for training. No metal cleats allowed. Turfs or Tennis Shoes ONLY
  • Players will receive online access to Baseball Factory’s Recruiting, Education and Development (R.E.D.) Manual
  • Players will receive online access to continued training, post event
