Baseball Factory All-Star
Experience (Ages 12-14)

Come experience the excitement of the 2021 MLB All-Star Week under the bright lights in Coors Field in Denver, CO. Players will train with Baseball Factory coaches at Jackson Field (Northern Colorado University) and participate in special All-Star related activities! Players will attend the Home Run Derby on Monday, July 12th. This event is invitation-only.

Top Notch Instruction from our team of coaches! Last year’s line-up included:

  • Mike Landis –Mike is currently the National Director of Player Development, Pre-High School and the Director of the Factory Development Institute (FDI). He was the Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Director at Hood College in Frederick, MD and currently serves as a consultant and volunteer for the Blazers. The Hood staff received the Div. III Coaching Staff Of The Year in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mike has been with the Baseball Factory for six years and has served as a Hitting Instructor, Infield Instructor and On-Field Director. He played collegiately at Montgomery College in Germantown, MD, where he and the Gryphons won three regional titles and made as many appearances in the NJCAA World Series.
  • Rich Pasquale: Rich is a Baseball Factory National Selection Scout and has coached at every level of college baseball. He currently serves as an Associate Scout with the Baltimore Orioles. Before that he was the hitting coach for the Washington Wild Things a professional independent team in the Frontier League. Previous college stints consisted of being the Head Coach at DI Youngstown State University and DIII LaRoche College. He has also been an assistant coach at DI Pitt and DII Slippery Rock University.
  • Rodney Spradlin – Rodney has coached and scouted with Baseball Factory for several years. He not only runs and coordinates Player Development events, but also helps to coordinate and run PREP & Tryout events in the southeast region. Rodney is a former Head Coach at William Byrd High School (Virginia) where he won a State Championship in 1997. He currently serves as the Pitching Coach at William Byrd. In addition, Rodney has been the Head Coach in the Virginia Commonwealth Games for over 20 years. He is also a former Associate Scout with the Kansas City Royals. He played his college ball at Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, TN.

  • Players will attend the 2021 Home Run Derby at Coors Field in Denver, CO on Monday, July 12th.

Top Notch Training

  • Players will work on hitting, defensive training, participate in simulated game play as well as go through individualized meetings with coaching staff on their game play.

*Please note: Itinerary posted is from 2019 event. Information on the 2021 event will be posted at a later date.

Important Info:

  • Program cost includes hotel for parent and player
  • Program cost includes tickets to Home Run Derby
  • *If traveling by plane, bats cannot be apart of your carry on luggage. They must be packed in checked luggage
  • All players will be provided with lunch each day. Baseball Factory will provide ground transportation to Home-Run Derby. Airfare is NOT included in the registration fees
  • Training activities will start after lunch on day 1
  • No spending money needed (However, players are responsible for any expenses during All-Star activities)
  • Players will receive a jersey and hat
  • Players should bring all necessary baseball equipment for training: *bat, glove, cleats, turfs/sneakers, catching gear and any other position specific equipment
  • Players will receive online access to Baseball Factory’s Recruiting, Education and Development (R.E.D.) Manual
  • Players receive a detailed player info pack upon registration
