Players Receive:

Top Notch Instruction from our team of coaches that has included:

  • Mark Lemon: Former collegiate player at UMBC. Former head varsity baseball coach at Wilmington Friends School where he was named conference coach of the year. Came through the Baseball Factory program as a player. Current Director of FDI Operations.
  • Joe Lake: Joe graduated from James Madison University, where he was named All-Conference and All-State in his senior season; a two-time team captain for the Dukes. Current Senior Director of Youth Baseball Operations.

Personalized Training
Our coaches break down each player’s swing by analyzing every aspect of his hitting style, ability, and technique. Players receive personal recommendations to enhance future success at the plate.

Videotape Analysis
Every player’s swing will be videotaped and reviewed so that they can see exactly where they need to make adjustments. It is much easier to correct mechanics if you can see what the coaches are suggesting.

Confidence
Players will leave with a game plan tailored to their hitting approach that will give them confidence not only in practice but also every time they step up to the plate.

Training Tips
Learn the techniques that can help you succeed and propel you towards high school baseball and beyond.
