Types of Lessons

Individual Lesson
Instructors work in a one-on-one setting with players based on the players’ individual needs. Individual lessons give each player the opportunity to focus on the mechanics needed to improve and maintain their specific skills in a comfortable, intimate setting. Types of individual lessons include: hitting, pitching, infield work and catching.

Group Lesson
Instructors work in a similar format to individual lessons but in small groups. Group lessons consist of no more than three players.

Team Video Analysis
In a two-hour period, instructors videotape and breakdown a player’s mechanics to provide them with both strengths and areas for improvement. Instructors also provide drills for players to do on their own or with their team to help them improve.

Outdoor Training
Instructors travel to your team’s desired location to train outdoors. Teams may also selected to train outdoors at Baseball Factory Field at UMBC.

Team Specific Training
Instructors attend practice and provide a plan specifically tailored to address your team’s needs. Practice plans can consist of basic team drills as well as more intricate game-like situations.
