Factory 101: Three-Part Blocking Drill

In this episode of Factory 101, Coach Carroll breaks down a very simple Blocking Drill into three parts. In the first part, we’re keeping our head up, tucking our chin and following the ball into our chest. Part 2 works on getting to the spot quick with our head and hands. And finally, bringing our knees together, we’re sitting tall, then spreading out, working on getting our backside low. You can do as many reps as you want with a partner to help you get better.
