In this edition of Roll With It, Steve talks to coaches about being positive when your player swings at a bad pitch and how crucial it is to show good body language that helps instill confidence. The fastest way a hitter loses confidence is for a coach to turn their back to them or show disgust. Stay positive because you never know what the outcome of an at-bat will be with a player who has the full confidence of his coach.
