Baseball Factory Executive Vice President Steve Bernhardt joins this edition of Roll With It to talk about how to deal with the adversity of being cut from the baseball team. As someone who was cut from his junior varsity team in high school, Steve continued to work hard and didn’t use that setback as an excuse for failure, becoming a starter and later playing in college at Richmond and professionally in the Colorado Rockies organization.
