2012 Under Armour Pre-Season All-America Tournament: Top 5 2015 Grads

With over 325 players participating in the 2012 Under Armour Pre-Season All-America Tournament, powered by Baseball Factory, our scouts were treated to players from across the country that had many tools including sub seven second speed, sub two second pop time and above 89mph velocities. While we cannot honor everyone that attended we did want to highlight a few players that stood out.

The following are the Top 5 2015 Grads from the 2012 Under Armour Pre-Season All-America Tournament.

Players are listed alphabetically.

Zach Bycko | C | Edmond, OK | Edmond Santa Fe
Zach is a solidly built catcher with a feel for receiving and an accurate arm. He squares balls up consistently at the plate and has some present strength that should lead to future power.

Ty Harris | LHP/OF | Bryant, AR | Bryant
Harris is an intriguing two-way performer (LHP/OF). On the mound he is raw but flashes two pitches that could be plus in the future – an 80-84mph fastball and hard downer curveball. As a position player, he has a good feel for all outfield spots and a level stroke that shows promise.

Julian Infante | 3B | Coral Gables, FL | Westminster Christian
Infante is a polished, confident player despite his young age. He is smooth and dependable at 3B with plenty of arm across the diamond.  At the plate, he shows a solid approach and looks to be a future run producing bat with power.

David Irvine | C | Roseburg, OR | Roseburg
David is a switch-hitting catching prospect whose abilities match the excitement of the position profile. He is an advanced receiver who is also excellent on balls in the dirt and has a quick release. At the plate, he shows a sound approach from both sides with a little more juice from the right.

Parker Kelly | RHP/SS | Portland, OR | Westview
Parker is a talented young two way player both on the mound and at shortstop. His bat stands out as he flashes rhythm and quick hands at the plate. He has active feet in the field and makes all the plays. On the mound, he shows a clean arm stroke and a quality three-pitch repertoire.
