For 30 years, we’ve helped student-athletes achieve their dreams of playing college baseball. Now, we’ve joined forces with Ripken Baseball® to offer players the best, most authentic experiences to reach their full potential on and off the field!

We achieve these results through a one-of-a-kind program that combines continued support and guidance before, during, and after each event a player attends with Baseball Factory.
A player’s first step with Baseball Factory is to be evaluated at a Baseball Factory National Showcase event.
Once an evaluation is complete, we place that player in the appropriate development program. Players flow through our system in the same manner that prospects move through the levels of a Major League organization.
