Approximately 200 Baseball Factory event participants will now gain access to the Vizual Edge Performance Trainer™, a complete system that evaluates and trains an athlete’s visual skills, and provides verifiable, repeatable scores on a test-by-test level as well as a combined Edge Score®.   The only system of its kind, the VEPT™ focuses on the visual alignment, visual flexibility, depth perception, visual recognition and tracking ability of each athlete.  After an evaluation, which provides a baseline for developing a training program, weaknesses are identified and a training program is developed.  Most training programs last 8 weeks and require workout sessions 2 to three times a week for 10-15 minutes at a time.  VEPT is available on-line and in the comfort of the athlete’s own home, dorm or training facility.
