Intense Training with Professional Coaches

  • Deliberate practice with pointed feedback from our highly skilled instructors which takes place from morning until night

Talmadge Nunnari: Coach T currently serves as the Hitting Coordinator for Baseball Factory. He played college baseball at Jacksonville University, where he was an All-American. He was drafted by the Montreal Expos, and in 2000, made is MLB debut. He served as the General Manager and Field Manager of the Pensacola Pelicans, a Professional Independent League Team. Following his time in Pensacola, Talmadge went back to Jacksonville as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator.

Gustavo Omana: Gustavo is currently a catching instructor in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. He spent six years with the Tampa Bay Rays as a hitting coach and catching instructor. He also previously was an assistant coach for Everglades High School in 2017.

Dick Rohrberg: Dick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Baseball Factory events, having worked with the organization since 1997. He has been coaching in the Tampa area for the past two decades, and is the current Head Baseball Coach at Newsome High School. Previously he was the Head Coach at Sunlake High School in Tampa. He spent 12 years as Head Coach at Chamberlain High School. He is a former college assistant coach at University of Dayton as well as a former assistant coach at University of South Florida and Coastal Carolina University. He played his college baseball at the University of Dayton.

Important Event Info:

  • Players meet Baseball Factory staff at the Tampa International Airport baggage claim
  • Players will be roomed with other players attending the event at Pirate City
  • All players will be provided with three meals a day, lodging and ground transportation. Airfare is NOT included in the registration fees.
  • Players need to bring all necessary baseball equipment for training and competition
  • Uniform will consist of Under Armour jersey and hat and will be washed daily by Baseball Factory Staff
  • Players will have access to water/Gatorade throughout the event
  • Players will receive online access to Baseball Factory’s Academic, Baseball and Character Manual to assist in their player development
  • Players receive a detailed player info pack upon registration
  • Parents and guests are responsible for providing their own reservation, meals and transportation
  • Players may bring spending money as needed for souvenirs and/or extra snacks
