With over 325 players participating in the 2012 Under Armour Pre-Season All-America Tournament, powered by Baseball Factory, our scouts were treated to players from across the country that had many tools including sub seven second speed, sub two second pop time and above 89mph velocities. While we cannot honor everyone that attended we did want to highlight a few players that stood out.

The following are the Top 10 2014 Grads Honorable Mentions from the 2012 Under Armour Pre-Season All-America Tournament.

Esteban Chapa | C | Mission, TX | La Joya
Chapa is a young catcher with who is a polished receiver and already gets the ball to 2B in the 2.0 range. He also shows quick hands at the plate and some pull-side pop.

Dillon Drabble | RHP | Texarkana, AR | Genoa Central
Dillon is an athletic RHP who attacks the strike zone with mid 80s fastball. He has a sound delivery and the makings of two quality off-speed offerings in his curve and change.

Troy Garcia | 1B/LHP | San Antonio, TX | Antonian College Prep
Troy is an interesting young prospect as a 1B with power and a LHP with upside. He is advanced at the plate with good bat speed and the ability to use the whole field. On the mound he bumps into the low 80s with his fastball and has a swing and miss pitch in his curve.

Tristan Hildebrandt | SS | Yorba Linda, CA | Esperanza
Tristan is an outstanding young defender at the premium position of shortstop. He has soft hands, good range and can make all the plays. He is also polished at the plate with a line drive approach.

Nicholas Hulick | LHP | Pineville, LA | Pineville
Hulick is a polished young LHP with a quality three-pitch arsenal. His fastball sits comfortably in the 80-83 range and he has a great feel for pitching. His curve and change show promise and his mound presence is advanced.

Will Kilgore | 3B | Midland, GA | Columbus
Will is a 3B with an aggressive approach at the plate that leads to frequent hard contact. He also shows sure hands and an accurate, strong arm at 3B.

Liam Sabino | SS | East Stroudsburg, PA | Blair Academy
Sabino is a silky-smooth defender who makes it look easy at shortstop. He has soft, quiet hands and quick feet coupled with confidence in the field. At the plate he shows rhythm and the makings of a quality hitter in the future.

Justin Thaxton | SS | Las Animas, CO | Las Animas
Justin is a young infielder with a polished approach at the plate. He has excellent strike zone judgment and a quality left-handed stroke. In the field, he plays through balls well and has a feel for attacking ground balls.

Devon Wilson | SS | Houston, TX | Houston Christian
Wilson is an athletic shortstop with naturally good hands, a quick first step and a strong arm. At the plate he is a contact bat who is aggressive on the bases. A quality top-of-the-order type of hitter.

Jordan Young | RHP | Lafayette, IN | McCutcheon
Jordan is a big, physical RHP with a high ceiling. He is sound mechanically, pounds the strike zone, pitches to contact and runs his fastball regularly into the mid 80s.
